Patricia (Pat) Lange
Executive Director
Serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the Association and answers directly to the President and Board of Directors; responsible for the implementation of the daily functions and operations of the Association; establishes and maintains effective organizational structure for the Association office and staff; works with staff to distinguish member needs and to identify opportunities for new programs and new directions for the organization; serves as spokesperson for the Association and assisted living; meets with members and prospective members; assists members with law and rule questions; participates in professional coalitions with other related associations; serves as legislative liaison for the Association.  Certified ALF Administrator.

Sally Hicks
Director of Operations
Responsible for recording and maintaining the financial records of the association; services as the point person for our national affiliates; coordinates meeting locations for the association’s meetings and conferences; serves as conference manager during FALA’s Annual Conferences; oversees the daily operations of the office.

Tom Campbell
Director of Education

Responsible for the oversight and development of the ALF Core training program and all functions associated with the program; ALF Update training, ECC training, Spring and Fall Symposiums; assist with securing additional or replacement trainers; work on the development of education for the annual conference and other education venues; serves as a liaison with organizations that FALA partners with for education programs and collaborate with the Executive Director on special projects.  Certified ALF Administrator.

Alberta Granger
Director of Professional Development/Disaster Coordinator
Alberta Granger serves as the Director of Professional Development for FALA and is knowledgeable in the regulations and laws pertaining to assisted living and adult family care homes. She provides assistance to FALA members with regulatory questions, provides consulting services upon request and develops curriculum for assisted living education. Alberta also works directly with the Executive Director on grant research and maintaining FALA manuals, quality toolbox and makes sure guides are revised and updated. In addition to her regular duties, Alberta is a FALA trainer providing the ALF Administrator Core training, Core updates and the Adult Family Care Home training.  Alberta is the designated Disaster Coordinator for FALA.  Certified ALF Administrator.

Susan Langston
Director of Government Affairs
Susan follows all legislative activity that affects assisted living.  She works directly with the Legislative Committee and the Board of Directors.

Tammi Wathen
Membership Manager
Tammi is responsible for maintaining the member database, responding to membership inquiries, membership billing, and coordinating production of membership materials.  She also serves as the registrar for events such as conference and legislative days.  Tammi is the staff liaison for the Membership Committee.

Sharon Collier
Education Manager
Sharon is reponsible for registrations for all training programs, scheduling of classes, and management of all educational materials. She serves as the first point of contact for callers and assists with questions about assisted living and adult family care home training. Sharon also serves as the staff liaison for the Region/Chapters and is responsible for mailing regional chapter meeting notices. She assists in Chapter development and helps with any Chapter issues which may arise.  She assists as staff liaison to the regional chapters. Certified ALF Administrator.

Karen Klena
Marketing/Exhibit Manager
Karen’s main responsibility is working as a liaison to the trade show vendors at FALA’s Annual Conferences and Trade Show. She assists other departments as needed.

Amber Etheridge
Administrative Assistant
Amber assists with clerical and administrative duties.
