Core update training is provided every year to review any changes to the laws and rules. Although not required we consider update training a best practice and it meets the requirements for 2 hours of continuing education. ALF Administrators are required to complete 12 hours of continuing education in assisted living topics every 2 years (Florida Statute 429.52).
