We are looking for an individual that has strong analytical and strategic financial planning. This position must be able to communicate easily will all members of the accounting team.
Position Description:
The CFO opportunity is a key role responsible for all aspects of financial planning, reporting, payroll, tax preparation and strategically managing accounting and finance products. This person will act as an enabler of the rest of the management team and employee community. A successful candidate must be a seasoned finance and accounting executive who has hands-on experience in the senior housing industry. The CFO must be a driving force for both rapid and effective change.
All candidates must have a BS in Finance or Accounting. Ideal candidates will have financial oversight experience in senior housing communities. Public accounting experience and / or a CPA will be highly valued. We seek candidates with impeccable ethics and high standards. We seek a hands-on CFO to actively participate, develop, and implement strategic growth plans to meet or exceed the expectations of their earnings growth objectives
Candidates MUST HAVE:
• CPA with 7+ years corporate leadership at VP or above
• 5+ years as a CFO- or a progressive work history leading to a CFO role
• Strategic financial skills including turnarounds
• Ability to increase revenue
• Energetic and visionary leader
• Property development experience a plus
• Tax experience a plus
