Pat has the overall responsibility of day-to-day operations for the Florida Assisted Living Affiliation, including oversight of the association’s legislative and regulatory efforts. patl@falamail.org
Sally Hicks Director of Operations/Training Coordinator
Sally is responsible for recording and maintaining the financial records of the association; serves as the point person for our national affiliates; coordinates meeting locations for the association’s meetings and conferences; serves as conference manager during FALA’s Annual Conferences; maintains records for FALPAC and prepares state reports; serves as legislative assistant; serves as training coordinator for the education programs; updates and maintains the FALA website. She also assists with the production of the FALA newsletter. sallyh@falamail.org
Tom Campbell Director of Professional Development
Tom is responsible for the development and coordination of education for conference, symposiums, and/or any other educational events; works with regional presidents to develop continuity with all six regions of FALA; responsible for membership development. tomc@falausa.com
Courtney Ann Hicks Membership Coordinator
Courtney’s duties include managing the FALA membership database; handling new and renewal membership invoicing; coordinating membership development and retention, creating and coordinating production of membership materials. She serves as staff liaison to the regional chapters and is responsible for mailing regional chapter meeting notices. She also handles FALA’s Annual Conference registrations and coordinates with the Agency for Health Care Administration on the Emergency Status System service.
