Representative Williams has introduced HB 739 requiring employee certification for assisted living employees.
 The Bill directs the Agency for Health Care Administration to approve at least one credentialing entity by a specified date to develop and administer a certification program for assisted living facility employees who meet certain qualifications. The Bill also provides for fees to be paid for this certification process. The Bill does appear to be voluntary of assisted living facilities.
