Chuck Kimball has over 15 years of experience in the Human Resources and Training fields. ln his current role with Payday HR he works with hundreds of companies and thousands of employees across the country to make sure that they are compliant with all of today's employment laws and regulations as well as creating environments that help employers recruit and retain top industry talent. Chuck has had his PHR (Professional in Human Resources) designation for over 10 years and SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional) for the past 3 years. One of the areas that Chuck specifically focuses on with companies is the creation of custom policies and procedures to help them create a best practices workplace for their employees.
