Call for Presentations

The Florida Assisted Living Association (FALA) wants to ensure owners, administrators and staff are prepared to move assisted living living into the next era through quality education that encourages interactive discussions and audience engagement.
You are invited to share your aging-related expertise, research and best practices by submitting proposals for presentations.  To be considered, proposals must be received by March 1, 2017. We are particularly interested in presentations that would provide cutting-edge developments, strategies, or innovations in the assisted living profession.  Presentations should have practical value to professionals and organizations that are involved directly or indirectly in assisted living facilities.  Examples are quality enhancement programs, service and customer relations, market dynamics, labor relations, improving staff retention, census management, and disaster and recovery planning.

Submitting a Call for Presentations form does not guarantee placement in the 2017 FALA educational program. The Call for Presentations closes at midnight on March 1st - forms not submitted in the allotted time will not be considered. No exceptions will be made. FALA's Education Committee will make all final selections and notify speakers in March 2017.
